About Us
Washington Families United is a 501(c)3 organized in 2006
Volunteer Board of Directors.
Presently we are seeking volunteers for a new Board of Directors as founding members age and pass on.
H.O.P.E. - Help One Person Easily.
WFU's newest program will provide anonymous support from donors to case management of needy individuals 1-by-1.
Advocating at government level
Volunteers have testified on numerous bills at the Washington State Legislature. Past heads of DSHS have attended our meetings.
Foster care intervention history
Members have directly advocated for others in meetings with government authorities.
Keeping siblings together
Effective advocacy means knowing the priorities and how to address them.
